ADMISSION
ADMISSION SCHEDULE FOR ACADEMIC SESSION 2026 - 2027
1. Forms are available from 1st January 2026 onwards between 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
2. Submission of Forms Within 5 days of purchase of FORM between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.
3. Admission Formalities Within 3 days of confirmation of Admission between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.
4. Admissions to other classes (except class nursery) are subject to availability of seats created by the transfer of regular students or Drop-outs. The availability of seats shall be duly notified on the school notice board after the declaration of entrance test result.
ADMISSION PROCESS FOR SESSION 2026 - 2027
Registration for Admission:
A. Collect the registration form from the school office on payment of Rs. 500/-
B. Submit the duly filled Registration Form, with necessary documents as detailed in the form, within five days after the confirmation of admission.
C. Complete the admission formalities including payment of fee within three working days after comfirmation of admission.
ADMISSION OPEN FOR ACADMIC SESSION: 2026-2027
The following documents must be submitted at the time of Admission:
FOR NURSERY
1. Original Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Corporation)
2. Age criteria: 3 year in month of April 2026
3. Aadhar Card of Mother and father.
4. Latest coloured passport size Photos of child, mother and father.
The following documents must be submitted at the time of Admission: For L.K.G. onwards
1. School Bonafide Certificate (D.O.B. should be mentioned and verified by the Principal.)
2. Permanent Education Number (PEN No.) duly verified from the school (Mandatory from Class II onwards)
3. Aadhar Card and latest coloured Passport Size Photos of Child, Mother and Father.
4. Transfer certificate of previous school (at the time of admission). 2026-2027
SCHOOL FEE

PROVISIONAL TRANSPORT CHARGES (Payable per month)
PAYMENT OF FEES
- School fees shall be paid by the 10th day of every calendar month. If the day falls on a holiday then the fees will be realized on the next working day.
- If school fee is not paid by 10th day of each English calendar month, a fine of Rs. 50/- shall be charged for corrosponding month. If school fee is not paid even by the last day English calendar month, a fine of Rs. 50/-shallbe charged for every month.
- If the school fee is not paid for two consecutive months, then the name of the student would be struck off from the rolls without issuing any notice or giving any further information. Re-admission of such student can only be made when parents give an undertaking to the effect that such conduct would not be repeated. The additional re-admission charge of 200/-would be imposed at time of re-admission.
- In the month of February school fee for the months of February &March shall be simultaneously deposited by the 10th day of February.
- “Other & Annual charges” must be paid with fees payble in April.
- Parent/guardians are requested to keep fee receipt for their record and for the reference if any, and produce the same when required by the school.
- Fees can be deposited between 8 a.m. to 12 noon on all working days at fee counter will remain open during summer Vacation between 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
